    Before Procedure

Microblading uses a razor-like tool for hair-like strokes, while tattoo brow employs a machine to inject pigment. Unlike microblading, tattoo brow allows for shading effects and hair strokes on the skin.

Tattoo brow is less traumatic to the skin than microblading, resulting in less bleeding and pain during the procedure. While discomfort is to be expected due to the use of a needle, clients typically describe the sensation as similar to a cat scratch.

Eyebrow tattooing may result in side effects such as redness, swelling, and bruising. In rare cases, infection, scarring, or allergic reactions may occur. Choose an experienced technician and follow aftercare

    After Procedure

It is normal to experience swelling, little bruising, and redness immediately following the procedure. Your skin may also feel tight and itchy during the healing process.

At the beginning your brows will look very dark and intense as the pigment is surfacing to the skin. Once the pigment has surfaced it will start to peel like a scab. This may look alarming but do not worry as this is a normal part of the healing process. After the brows have peeled the colour may appear lighter and slowly darken to the true colour around week 3.

To ensure optimal healing and long-lasting results, please avoid the following:

    • Tanning
    • Swimming, saunas, and Jacuzzis
    • Hot tubs, steam showers, and long baths
    • Facials and massages
    • Working out and sweating
    • Touching eyebrows or sleeping on your face
    • Not cleaning your face regularly
    • Being around bacteria
    • Wearing makeup
    • Soaps and creams
    • Skin peels or products containing Retin-A

The longevity of your eyebrow tattoo depends on several factors, including the technique used and how well you care for your brows after the procedure.

    • Nano Brows typically last for about one year with proper care.
    • Combo Brows, on the other hand, can last up to two years with proper care.

Proper aftercare is essential to ensure the best possible results and longevity of your tattooed eyebrows. Factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle can also impact the longevity of your tattoo.
