Late Shows:

Please note that if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, unfortunately, we will not be able to make up for the lost time. We regret to inform you that the appointment cannot be extended over the designated time slot period. Furthermore, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to fill the appointment spot with another client, if possible.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

We kindly request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid any inconvenience. However, if you fail to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.

Cell Phones:

To ensure the best service possible and to maximize your appointment time, we kindly ask that you put away your cell phone during the appointment. Any movements or disruptions during the appointment can hinder our ability to provide you with the exceptional service that you deserve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
